By the grace of Allah, Al-Mahdi Learning Institute had successfully launched its first School Science Fair. Students from JK to Grade 8 enthusiastically participated in the event. Parents, scholars, and other community members from Niagara Falls and Hamilton attended the event.
Students from different grades presented their projects to the parents. These project varied in topics from chemistry, physics, biology, and even astronomy. The students’ effort does not stop here! Eight students from our school applied for the Niagara Regional Science and Engineering Fair (NRSF) at Brock University. All the students who applied got accepted MashaAllah!
Science fair is one of the events that the school look forward to every year. It plays an important milestone in the students’ development. The science fair is an important factor to motivate the students and enhance their interest in the areas of science, math, engineering, and art at the same time. It brings out their innovative skills and creativity. At the same time, the science fair contributes to the students’ social developments, increases their presentation skills and enhances their self esteem and confidence.
